anws, just a few quick words since i dun really feel like posting photos right now..

we've got retarded profs.. one kept pointing his laser pointer at the computer screen as he taught us, as if it would be translated onto the big screen. hmmm. and his accent really makes him incomprehensible. and, he doesn't wanna send us notes! laziness or indifference, i dunno but i sure sent him a nice email to give him a piece of my mind.

aud is so funny, she tried to turn off my car headlights ytd by looking for a knob on the headlight itself -.-" yes, like the outside of the car.

singaporeans can't drive in the rain.. thus we need more foilage around the expressways. cuz i realised it keeps the ground a lil drier and cars actually drive faster in those stretches!

almost fell sick ytd, but lotsa water and more sleep kept the flu away. alrite.. tt's all for now. oh look, the skies cleared up at last.

recently.. days have just been struggles to stay awake during lectures.. some of them are so bad.. they need to be fired! alrite.. so the week has been uneventful, save my failed tennis trials for the IVP.. which i felt still went quite decently, at least much better than what i had expected. this of course, is in retrospect after my initial disappointment.

and i caught snakes on a plane. it is.. quite amusing, in a sadistic kinda way. catch it, if u wanna see how many ways a snake can attack u.. ermm, e.g. include, when u are peeing and it springs out of the toilet bowl and attacks sth of yrs.. your eyeball, while u are having sex, your breast, your butt, your arm.. and of course, swallow u whole.. lol. no but really, its hilarious.. and the new cathay has many more shops opening now adays.. pretty cool. shall go back again soon.. :)

so on fri, we celebrated weili's bday. though, his hatch day is still no yet upon us, so u still have time to make amends if u so wish to ;)

after trolling around claire's house after sch till dinner time, and of course, waiting for weili to arrive at claire's house after his debacle of losing his way, despite the proximity of cinileisure to claire's place (nvm..). we have too many cars.. amongst seven pple, there were, 5 cars. not even enough for everyone to have some company in the cars.. haha.

so it was off the brewerkz after the sun had set... i like the alfresco dining.. well, the river doesn't stink.. so its all good :) and ermm.. weili got lost a 2nd time, and had to pay erp again.. each time he got lost, he had to pay.. :X


so, it commenced.. and weili and diane were bullied into taking this picture.. ah well, not half as bad as the kissing and hugging pix tt ian wanted.. ;)


then the gift... these 2 extras insisted on passing the gift to weili.. the other extra tt can't really be seen is zp..

dinner.. the mains are quite ex.. its not bad.. but really.. i've eaten better food.. though the calamari was really really good. love the seasoning.. :)

then came the desserts. wow. they were good.. but unfortunately.. they are sooo filling, its damn hard to finish. the whole block of bread pudding practically expands in your stomach and bloats it all up. gosh.. its not often i dun finish my dessert. but the banana bombe is really good.. i love it. and tt cup of spilt ice.. i can't count how many times aud/shenrong/weili/etc did it tt nite. not trained waiters i see.

my phone is currently annoying me a lot. no msges for 4hrs.. and i was wondering what was wrong. till i restarted the phone and got a flood of smses. and its not sending smses either. i opened my drafts folder just now and found 7? so sorry pple if i seem to not have been replying to your msges.. probably cuz its not getting sent out.

so can anyone suggest a nice phone for me to get in case i toss my phone in a fit? ;)

and damn.. my nose is so red after playing tennis for 3h today. the weather was killer.

anws, today was fun. went over to botanical gardens for lunch. had the Jalan Kayu prata.. at a not so ulu place.. ;) its quite ok.. not tt good la. after which, me and weili went to bum at claire's place. after all the decorations came in.. it looks quite good. i like the sound system, the comfy queen sized beds and the sofas.. :)

after pract, met up with hs together with aud and claire and went essential brews for 'tea'. the desserts, esp the apple crumble was great.. but the smiley fries weren't v palatable.. :X its was lotsa fun and laughter as we were making fun of LPP among other silly discussions.

after tt, hung ard for a while b4 sending hs home.. wah, damn hard to find her place man! gosh.. and equally confusing to get back to school.. but yeah, did so in the end, and picked qiantai, yinghao and the zhuanghui who took train the wrong direction - b4 heading for a section outing at NYDC. it was fun catching up with aloy and chokto esp since i've not seen them for quite long.

posting using this programme i downloaded - Windows Live Writer.. its a beta version, and i've not tried it b4.. so hopefully it works fine and let's me blog my pix easily.. ;) edit - tt programme doesn't let me post pix.. unless its with myspace i think. boo.. and my IE keeps crashing, so i'm using firefox now.. which somehow puts everything in chinese. fortunately i can still read.. :P

anw, i'm really tired now.. played tennis in the morning/afternoon.. and i was gonna go settlers with my friends, but somehow, i'm just feeling weak and exhausted. bah.. no energy to read my patho either which i had full intention of doing this week! boo.

the next time i went to watch fireworks... a sat. was actually damn tired after doing the ubin trip and tennis in the morning.. but still, i went with cm, yuan, nick and yihan.. walking from the train station to sheare's bridge.. haha, i thought tt there would be a good view there.. ;)

so we stood on the road shoulder.. because i went too late, i was unable to get a v good position after almost half an hour of walking... :/ and on my tiptoes, i failed to take many nice pix.. so i shall just post 2.. fireworks on the ater in the bay area.. gotta see it man! it was by the french team.. was one of my fav parts.. :)

anw, i recently bought this.. its reall good. do consider buying it.. its got a huge variety of music in it. various well crafted jazz tracks, as well as nice RnB ones, some soulful ballads and other ecletic types i can't really describe. high recommended :)

just a short post.

was reading HWM (hardware magazine) and came across the story of google (yet again), but this was more comprehensive and it kinda led my imagination on - what would e world have been like if google didn't suceed.. what if had been acquired by microsoft? (microsoft did attempt to at some pt in time)

well.. for a start, our emails will still be 4mb.. ;) and we'd be using yahoo search... *ack* and of course.. there were many more profound problems given.. but anws.. i have always been using lotsa google stuff, gmail, picasa, google desktop search, google notepad, blogger etc.

the most useful ones i wanna recommend are, google notebook, google webaccelerator, picasa

well, trust me tt these are really useful, what's more they are from google, so u can trust tt they are spyware free and useful and user friendly.. :)

anws, picasa is really useful to organise all your pictures - esp if u are a photowhore. i'm sure i've told many of you abt this programme.. but it really speeds up looking for that one phone, or just browsing anws.

then you have the notebook, which lets u copy and paste useful things into this little window IN YOUR BROWSER as you surf the net.. you can then shrink it back into the browser as easily.

the web accelerator is obvious i guess..

oh well.. so tt concludes my entry dedicated to my fav company in the world.. :)

sooo tired.. but for some reason i feel like bloggin.. heh. just an update on the fireworks display i caught on tues, got too many photos so i shall blog another day abt it, together with the fireworks i watched today.. :D sch started on fri.. absolutely BORING. yucks. hope the rest of the term ain't gonna be like this.

met up with zhuang hui ytd.. also happen to meet kum weng, alec, michael, chi hou cuz they were having sec 4 class gathering.. haven't seen them in ages man. after which, zhuang and his friend, danny and i left for drinking at Alley Bar. chic and nice lil place... quite cool to chill out. i think i've kinda gotten more into enjoying pubbing.. shall explore all the quiant lil places in clarke quay and orchard area in times to come.. :) so annoyed though, car got bombarded by bird shit at sommerset.. but its clean now.. no thanks to me.. ;) HAHA.

today i was so many places rushing ard like a mad man. rushed to sch in 15mins to catch float.. sped all the way.. quite fun.. haha. our med float was impressive! i loves the pyramid and the egyptian themed dance and float.the subsequent dances were even more impressive.. haha! all the stunts and dance.. there was the dance tt the dancers performed b4 and its modelled after janet's dance moves in 'IF' .. i love tt dance man! :)

then was tennis with shi, kat and gary... was just anyhow whacking the balls cuz the NUS courts are so freaking crowded.. v irritating.. :/ well, played a lil too long, and had to rush thru lunch cuz i had to rush to ubin in the afternoon. went to guathere (sp?) house for lunch cuz picky everyone had to have aircon... and parking there is so freaking ex! pui! they think they are in CBD or sth..

ok whatever.. so i met up with yuan, cm, nick and yihan to head down to ubin for cycling! the roads to changi village are so nice to drive on.. haha. straight and car-less.. and i passed by a familiar looking ferry terminal. haha. so sad i forgot to bring my camera down to ubin.. but its ok.. armed with camera phones, we still got decent photos, esp since its bright :)

it was a really tiring day.. all the up slopes are hell, but the sweet stretches of zooming downwards kinda made up for it. poor yihan fell zooming down uncontrollably fast.. thank god he didn't get any bad cuts :) and cm was lagging behind like a lard.. tsktsk. always wondering where he went.. :/

after returning to mainland, had a yummy dinner at the famous nasi lemak store at changi village. its really damn good.. the sambal chilli is AWESOME! and the coconut rice is tasty and frangant. and the chicken wings were just fried and i absolutely loved it... certainly worth the time spent queuing for it :)

just heard this over the radio - your cell phone has more germs on it than a toilet bowl.. hmmm.

anw, its been a really exhausting few days.. with all the late nites i've been having, soo tired.

sunday was family day.. went out for lunch and shopped for quite long.. like the whole day! bought this clock.. its really nice, but it costs $300... :X oh well, not my fault.. my parents didn't like e cheap clock i chose, then i said, then u buy this lor, and they did... -.-"


then, made a big booboo buying a new com for my sis... cuz we thot her's spoilt, then we lugged it home, and turns out its working.. so now its in the living room and no one is using cuz all e rooms have 1 already.. waste money only.. tsk.
